Short-term parking:
is available in a dedicated car park called Pick Up/2 Hours Max. This parking option has its own entrance and exit, is conveniently located close to the terminal and charges apply in 15-minute intervals. Also available for visitors using the airport for a limited period is a short-stay parking lot which is a short walk from the entrance to the terminal.
Long-term parking:
there are two options - Long Stay Edinburgh and NCP Scotpark Edinburgh. Both are similarly priced secure facilities and linked to the terminal building by a courtesy coach service operating every 10 minutes and taking about five minutes to complete the journey.
Priority parking:
Edinburgh Airport has a 150 exclusive parking bays located under cover adjacent to the terminal building with a dedicated entrance and exit for ease of access.
Parking for special needs:
Blue Badge holders or their drivers receive 15 minutes' free parking at the short-stay multi-storey car park where designated parking bays are located on the ground floor close to the terminal building. Blue badge holders are required to show their tickets at the ground floor ticket desk for validation.
Drop off and valet parking:
as drivers approach the airport terminal building, pick up and set down lanes are clearly signposted. These areas are also used for passengers who have pre-arranged valet parking.
Car hire:
car hire companies at Edinburgh Airport are located in a dedicated car rental building located just outside the terminal building. Major recognised car hire companies such as Alamo, Europcar, National, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty all operate from here.
